Thank you for supporting Designz by Drea. Each piece of artwork is an original creation and handled with care.

All Sales Are Final

Because our artwork consists of original, handcrafted pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged artwork

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A repair solution (if applicable), or

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A store credit at our discretion

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
